Prep and season

- Combine the parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl.
- Brush each chicken breast with olive oil, then press into the parmesan mixture to coat evenly on both sides.
Bake
- Place the coated chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 22–25 minutes at 400°F, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the crust is golden.
Rest and serve
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes to keep juices in the meat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
